💜 The Ripple Effect
A Small Act of Kindness for International Women’s Day Week
Earlier this week, I shared a gratitude letter about the women who shaped the different eras of my life.
Women who inspired me to be bold.
Women who showed me that sensitivity is strength.
Women who reminded me that ambition, sensuality, discipline, and resilience can all exist in the same person.
From Angelina Jolie teaching me courage…
to Meryl Streep showing me that depth is power…
to Brigitte Bardot embodying unapologetic femininity.
To my friend Kira, who reminds me that women can create success on their own terms.
To Lynne, a MMA fighter I met this year who trained through pregnancy and returned to the gym right after giving birth, proof that determination has no limits.
To Raquel, one of my clients, who at 60 radiates confidence, sensuality, and joy, reminding every woman that there is no expiration date on feeling powerful.
And above all, to my mother, the woman who raised me alone with strength, resilience, and unconditional love.
When I reflect on all of these women, one thing becomes clear:
None of us grow alone.
We are shaped by the women who came before us, who stood beside us, and who lifted us up when we needed it most.
So today, I wanted to turn that gratitude into action.
In honor of International Women’s Day week, I decided to do a small act of kindness for women in my community.
Not because it will change the world overnight.
But because I believe deeply in the ripple effect.
One gesture can inspire another.
One act of kindness can travel further than we ever imagine.
Maybe today that act looks like:
buying a coffee for another woman
sending a meal to a friend who is overwhelmed
donating to a women’s shelter
supporting a woman-owned business
simply reminding someone that she is doing better than she thinks
Small gestures matter.
They remind us that we are not alone.
So today I want to ask you something:
✨ What will your act of kindness be today?
It doesn’t have to be big.
It just has to come from the heart.
Because when women support women, something powerful happens.
The ripple continues.
And somewhere, another woman feels a little stronger because of it💜
